What we process
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time, to keep the site secure and working. Logs are kept for a limited period and not used to profile you.
- Contact tool. The message builder runs entirely in your browser. We receive nothing unless you choose to email us; then we process your email and its contents to reply.
- Local storage. Your browser may store a consent preference. See Cookies.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers or build user profiles.
Legal basis and retention
We process log data on the basis of legitimate interests (security and operation) and email correspondence to respond to your request. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, normally no longer than 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request restriction. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
